Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome back to the summer term, I hope you all had a lovely Easter. Hopefully the weather will warm up soon and we can all get outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Job opportunity

Miss Pugh, one of our lunchtime supervisors is leaving us to take up a new job and therefore we have a position for a lunchtime supervisor. The job is just for the summer term in the first instance, 11.45 – 1.05pm. If you are interested, please collect an application form from the school office. We thank Miss Pugh for supporting our children over the last couple of years and wish her well in her new role.

We ask that children do not bring any bags to school, the only bag your child will need is a book bag, which can be kept in your child draw in the classroom. Children should not be bringing backpacks, as these are too large to store on our mobile cloakrooms, if you need a book bag they are available from the school office. Thank you

Happy News

I would like to share with you that Miss Tapley from Dragonflies is expecting a baby in September, I’m sure you will join with us in sending congratulations to Miss Tapley and her partner.

Mud Kitchen

Earlier in the year, the Early Years children held a sponsored event, which raised money for the team to buy a new mud kitchen for outdoors. A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who sponsored their child. The kitchen is now in the outdoor area and the children are thoroughly enjoying using it in their outdoor learning.

Wellington Boots

If you have any wellingtons that your child has grown out of could you donate them to school please. They will be for use when the children are gardening, a mixture of sizes would be great, thank you.

Inset Days

Just a reminder that the school has three INSET days left this year they are:
